There used to be a different TLK forum by the same name, but it no longer exists. I'd join this one, but I really don't have the time for another forum besides MLK at the moment. I hope you get more members and it's active as well. You might try to advertise on TLKFAA or dA or something, so that you can find new members and have a new community instead of just another place for MLKers to congregate?

Oh crap. I didn't mean to take that name. >.< But yes that does sound like a good idea. I was planning to do that at some point.
