I asked this question less than three years ago, and I got some good replies. The line could refer to any two of Zazu's relatives; the joke is that we all have relatives we can't stand.

So hmmm, suppose he is just talking about some of his siblings.
Usually we do have one of those in our family, you know the one that is jealous but too lazy and / or mad to do anything to improve his or her circumstances so just becomes negative about everything because that's easier than putting in work to fix things in life isn't it?
