Oh, I think he is just amazing! John Williams and espicially James Horner top him, but he is definitely one of the best composers out there!

My favorite song of his not from the lion king is "what are you going to do when you're not saving the world" from man of steel.

Ehhh, i thought his nolan batman music was a bit too similar from film to film. Though there was this one fabulous song in the dark knight rises that felt very unique.
His man of steel score was great, as was interstellar.

I really like what he did for Pirates of the Caribbean. Yes Badelt was the composer, but Zimmer made it MUCH better than it was!
