I believe The Lion King II: Simba's Pride is a better movie than The Lion King 1½.

I think Simba was a better king than Mufasa.

Although a lot of people agree with this, I believe Kopa never existed in the movie universe.

I prefer the affectionate love between Nala and Simba rather than Kovu and Kiara.
I find Kiara to be EXTREMELY annoying.

Kovu is Scar's cub.

They should have made more films.
Vitani didn't have much of a role.

In my head, The TLK Experience comprises the original TLK, the Broadway show, and 1.5.

I don't hold SP as canon at all and rarely does it cross my fan-consciousness.

And when it does I actually resent it for degrading the franchise & the defining/guiding myth of my adolescence.

....but I doubt any of this is news to anyone.
