How many of you have ever watched the films, or listened to the music in a different language? Do you have a favourite language to watch or listen to? Personally, I enjoy listening to the music in foreign languages, as I like to listen to the voices of all the new singers in each language to get a complete experience of TLK's music. I feel I can listen to the background music better when the lyrics aren't in English.
After listening to many versions I've come to a conclusion that my favourite song in a different language is "One Of Us" in Japanese. I like how the lyrics sound in this version, and I like the voices of the singers the most.

When I was in the fourth grade, in my French class, I watched The Lion King (Le Roi Lion) in French. I didn't actually mind the dialogue in French, because by the time I was nine or ten years old, I knew all the lines in the movie by heart.
Also, I watched "Be Prepared" in German, because of the Nazi similiarities, and in Japanese, as well as a multilanguage video of the song on Youtube. Finally, I remember watching "Can You Feel the Love Tonight" in German and French on Youtube.

My downloaded version of The Lion King is Lithuanian. It's my native language.

Mostly I listen to English music and sometimes like to read English books. (About those books I have to tell for my English teacher). XD

I don't usually listen to TLK in foreign languages, but I did see Zira's death scene in Swedish I think. Interesting how the character's voices change.

I watched a large portion of the first movie in Zulu and have listened to every song in Zulu. I must say, the dub is fantastic and I like some of the songs better in that language, especially CYFTLT.
Fast fact: TLK is the first animated movie ever to be dubbed in Zulu.

I absolutely love "We Are One" in Spanish! It's so sweet and makes me happy. Kiara sounds so cute and Simba's singing voice is awesome.
