That's too bad. I really wish the army of Disney copyright officers would realize the difference between fans and competitors.

I am now a bit too nervous to put up TLG material on MLK. If someone has a bad day over there they may request the entire website be brought down.

The stranger part is that said images were mostly, if not all, from the trailer. I thought it was legal to use material specifically released for the public in the form of advertisement in such a manner. I've seen many a video game review that only show promo images and trailer footage when they are afraid of getting copyright sued, so I don't see how this case was much different than that.

That's completely absurd. Someone over at Disney needs to be hit over the head with a stick. Perhaps twice just for good measure.

I've done a quick research and wasn't able to find this outline anywhere on the web so I've decided to upload it.
