I was thinking if they make LK a stage show why not SP
i guess the only problem is it was nowhwere near as succesful as LK and the songs arnt as good

What do you think

Hm, I suppose it's possible, but since the LK performance was so successful, I think it would be more likely for them to stick with that instead of going to the bother of adding new performers and learning new song for SP, and so on....

It is possible. All it needs is someone to script it, direct it, make props etc. So it could be done it's just unlikely that they will.

I don't think they'd see any point really. they're doing fine with TLK now, and probably want to stick with what works :\ though I'd love to see SP on broadway =3

And that's a HUGE problem.

I remember an internet project from many years ago though that was based around this subject and was going to be a serious take on "What would SP be like on Broadway?". They were going to have people write a new script, draw costume designs, lighting designs, stage designs, everything. Unfortunately the project never quite got off the ground, but it was interesting to follow while it was there. Just something I remembered when I saw this topic

I don't think they'll make a stage show out of SP. Seems about as likely as they would be to make a TLK prequel

Yeah, if they were working on a Stage version of SP, it would probably be out by now xD It's a shame though, i'd have like to have seen it. I suppose they gave up on it quite some time ago, to work on more recent things <:C

SP is from 1998 and is a DTV sequel very popular with TLK fans but not really with general Disney fans (actually, TLK 1.5 is the most popular sequel of the two with the general public, mostly because it's a parody of the first one and has better animation) so I doubt it will happen.

I guess it could, they could make it clearer!
