Ooh, Kovu and Simba are tied. I think Kovu's the most good-looking lion, for a few reasons:

He has bright green eyes.
He's angular and more 'manly' than most others.
He has a crooked, roguish smile ;D
He has a dark side.
He's mischievous and has a good sense of humor.
He's got a manly, gravelly voice.
He's at his peak age (assumed older teen or very young adult.)

Don't get me wrong, I like Nuka but not that much.

However, I like Kovu too.
The other lions I don't think they are really handsome..

Totally Mufasa. Simba and Kovu are gorgeous, too...but Mufasa came first. He's the very definition of regal which makes him the most handsome in my books.
