Which TLK 1 1/2 song(s) do you all enjoy? Feel free to mention "Jungle Boogie" or anything that wasn't written specifically for this film.

My favorite made for specifically for 1 1/2 is "That's all I need". I find I like it too because of it's interesting roots, since it does have parts/tunes from the scrapped "warthog rhapsody" from the first film.

"That's All I Need" is my favorite as well. "Warthog Rhapsody" is still one of my faves from the "Rhythm of the Pride Lands" record along with "Kube", the long version of "He Lives in You", "La La" and many others. Glad they decided to rework it for Timon.

Had the film not use too many theater commentary segments, Ma may have been given a song. Maybe a soulful, folky type about her hope for her son and the future of the colony. "Ma's Song" could be the title.

"That's All I Need" and the part where Timon and Pumbaa sing "Sunrise, Sunset" from "Fiddler on the Roof" was pretty funny

Oh my how could I forget. yes, the sunrise, sunset part was great.

Wow, yes, "Sunrise, Sunset" has its own moment. The version of "Hakuna Matata" used here is great too when they have just settled on the phrase as their motto.
