yep. 26 years ago on June 24th TLK had it’s wide release. idk how many people actually care but I’m putting it here anyways ok bye.

Even though I did not stop here on The Day in Question I very much care I watched Lion King, Lion King 1 1/2, The 1st part of Lion King 2, and I made a list of essential Lion Guard episodes to watch for my celebration.

Still an impactful movie. Favorite trilogy ever. I'll be rewatching all three

Happy (late) anniversary this year to the very original film that started it all. Without it, 'Lion King', as we know it, wouldn't exist. Nor this forum. Nor the characters (especially) that we love or cherish from it. Or relish *crazy Timon grin*

now it’s the 27th

My day did not go as planned I'll have to stretch the 27th celebration out by a few days I think. I only watched The Lion King.

Happy 27th anniversary to this majestic and timeless film I'm going to do a rewatch this Sunday.

I am still in The process of watching The essential Lion Guard Episodes. I think I'll have to redo My List of essential Lion Guard Episodes Next Year.
