Do you think she'd have:

A.) Agreed to stay with Simba and form their own pride.
B.) Gone back to Pride Rock (not likely if Scar was trying to make her his queen)
C.) Killed Simba in a fit of rage (probably not likely, but her frustration may have gotten the better of her and it's clear she had enough power to pin him, even as an adult)
D.) Left Simba and gone and joined another pride
E.) Gone to find some rogue lion to replace and overthrow Scar.

Definitely E. as she told Simba she left to find help. She would not have left Her Pride to Scar's tyrannical rule.

It's like asking what would've happened if Kiara got eaten by a crocodile, it's a Disney movie. Everything works out.
