Let's say, in a scenario in which the lionesses rose up against Scar on their own (without Simba in the mix) and fought off the hyenas to take control of the Pride Lands. The final battle would come down to Scar who is the self-proclaimed "shallow end of the gene pool" and Nala, who is a skilled hunter. Who would win?

Nala would win in a fair fight.

Scar wouldn’t fight fair, however....

but i still give her the edge.

Nala would totally take it. She has the Skill set. Although it would in no way be a cake walk. Nala would be in for the fight of her life.

I'd say Nala because she's a better fighter than Simba and we already know he was able to defeat Scar. And unlike Simba, Nala would have no qualms about killing Scar considering he's not family.

Retweet. Nala beat Simba, so I think she'd be able to handle Scar. Scar's a pretty big wimp, and if I recall, really only made a fight out of it with Simba because he had the element of surprise.
