i sometimes cry about mufasa dying when not watching the movie
typically its when i think of my parents eventual death and how i will never be able to handle it properly and how it will mess me up in a multitude of ways. i love my parents very much, we have always had a good relationship. not a perfect one but i cant ask for better parents.
last year my dad had a ministroke. it messed him up big time. i didnt think he would recover. at first he was like a completely different person in a very bad way.
he not only recovered, he can function pretty much the same as he did before the ministroke, but for half a year i thought i’d never have my dad back.
i am very lucky that i did get my dad back.
