Scar hands down. I mean look at how FABULOUS this is.

Goldilocks effect here:

Mufasa is too fat/buff
Scar is too thin
Simba is just right.

Mufasa! Handsome fella that he is.

Why must you make me choose?, well i say mufasa cause he is all muscle, strong enough to defend his kingdom, scar was younger when simba was just a cub but as simba grew up scar got older and weaker and was taken down, so then simba would be last best i think

Scar is not very good looking in my opinion with his black mane, piercing eyes and lanky frame.
Mufasa is quite handsome, but too bulky and muscular for my taste.
Simba in TLK is pretty handsome, he is younger than Mufasa then and has a slimmer build.

Mufasa is Bulkier and more muscular
Scar looks good with his shaggy black mane brown fur, and is sharp looking, no wonder alot favor scar
and Simba Well he is right in between Mufasa and Scar, I think Scar is more good looking
