For me it's the beginning with "Circle of Life".

The final confrontation between Simba and Scar is pretty awesome too.

It`s impossible to pick ONE scene as the best/most memorable. Sure, some scenes are more powerful, but the whole film is so wonderful and amazing in different ways.

Mufasas death is probably the one scene that has left the deepest impression on me.
I love the CYFTLT scene, it`s so romantic and beautiful.
The opening and ending scenes are just epic.

My favorite scenes I Just Can't Wait To Be King and Timon Hawaiian because it's funny, Can You Feel The Love Tonight because it is romantic, the end which is emotional... I forget a lot.

'nuff said.

The scene with the hyenas before "Be Prepared". I can't believe that's not everybody's favorite, it's awesome!

im surprised no one mentioned circle of life scene (or does that not count?)

anyway for me it would be: stampede, be prepared or king of pride rock

Mufasa's death is of course one of the most memorable scene of course , but i'm quite fond of the moment when simba meet muafasa's ghost. It strikes me as a very powerful scene ; as well as king of pride rock.

Simba waking up Mufasa*
We are all Connected in the great circle of life** (million dollar scene for me because that is the most educating part)**
Elephant Graveyard (danger thrilling)
Can you feel the love tonight(beautiful)

My most facorit scenes are
Simba running through the desert
Simba fighting scar one on one in slow motion(got to love the music that goes with it)
simba taking his place as king and roars(proud scene)

Not sure.

Can you feel the love part or pretty much when Nala arrives hunting Pumba until Simba has a talk with Rafiki. Such romantic cuddly moment.
