"Artistic license (also known as dramatic license, historical license, poetic license, narrative license, licentia poetica, or simply license) is a colloquial term, sometimes euphemism, used to denote the distortion of fact, alteration of the conventions of grammar or language, or rewording of pre-existing text made by an artist to improve a piece of art."

And as for your second "question", I have no idea what you're asking.

You asked where did Timon and Pumbaa find all that vegetation during a drought. I said artistic license.

Also it was meant to be FUNNY.

This is a cartoon movie. Animals don't really talk. Lions and warthogs aren't friends. A lion can't survive to adulthood on a diet of insects. These are all examples of artistic license. Not everything has to make complete sense. Would it have been better if Pumbaa had held an animal skull in his mouth? Because that certainly would have made sense given that everything was dead.
