Yeah I agree. If we have issues with each other we should just talk it out. A lot of it always comes down to silly misunderstandings.

I know I was getting really frustrated because it was like being in highschool again and I'm like, sheesh I thought I left that mentality behind 10 years ago lol.

Problems arise when people don't communicate clearly and segregate themselves into "cliques". And drama arises when vague posts are misconstrued as passive aggressive insults, causing people to pick sides. Knowing the intentions of a post is necessary to avoid this, even if it means a potentially awkward confrontation with someone you don't know well. As for me, I resolve to be more open with other members, and any past scuffle I may have had with anyone here is just water under the bridge at this point. Zuka Zama, eh lads?
