Return of the Devil Kiara

I know this theme is getting quite dated... but it's good to bring it out at least once a year to get ready for Halloween and make things a bit more... spooky.
Those who don't want the theme can switch back to Kisasa or Classic in their User Control Panel.

This theme looks like it came straight out of 2003. LOL.
Oh well, this theme does hold some sentimental value for older members such as myself. I'll be keeping it anyway.

This theme is epic!
We don't really celebrate Halloween here in Portugal, but I've always enjoyed "getting into the Halloween spirit".
I was in class, when it went up. I reloaded the page of a topic and got so surprised by seeing this that I squealed - yes, in class.
