Hello everyone!

The staff has noticed in our moderator logs that members have been deleting their old posts for reasons unknown. The permission that I set in place to allow members to delete their own posts was put into place for those "oopsies" posts that everyone is bound to make. The posts that you accidentally make in the wrong forum, the accidental double posts, etc. It was not meant for members to go back in time and delete their parts of conversations. It was especially noted that even old RP posts were being deleted!

Therefore, we will be removing this permission. Members will no longer be able to delete their own posts.

But don't worry! If you need one of your posts removed, you may contact any of us via PM

By the way, with this permission change, a lot of changes had to be made with general permissions on the forum. If anyone is experiencing loss of features, it is important to contact me as soon as possible!

well I'm used to the permissions not allowing you to delete posts on the sites I'm on so I never really noticed that option here lol. but thanks for the heads up.

I agree! I didn't really delete any of my posts either. We can still edit them though, right?

I noticed a glitch thing when I was trying to looking through my user posts, but you're on vacation so you probably won't see this message in a long time.
