MLK Events - Thanksgiving

Anyway, it is now November, which for those of you in the US, means that Thanksgiving is coming up! Yay for turkey! Anyway, I am still adjusting to the whole Thanksgiving event thing, because for most of my life I didn’t celebrate Thanksgiving, so there are less things going on for this event, however this one is definitely more important than any of the Halloween events!
Yes, MLK is doing the Free Rice Challenge!

How to participate:
1. Make an account at freerice.com
2. After you've made your account, log in and go to the group page. Click "join".
3. Post in this topic with your username over at FreeRice, along with the amount of grains donated so far.
4. DO NOT update your post every time your grain count increases. By the time the month is over, the person who has gathered the most amount of rice in the time given will win!
5. Have fun!
Now, you may be asking, 'why would I want to do this?'
Well, first of all, at Thanksgiving, most people have a meal - hence the rice. It's a food. Secondly, By doing this, you're donating the food to people who need it, they will surely be THANKFUL for it. Also, answering these questions are good brain exercises for you.
So yeah, go for it! It's for a good cause and it's 100% free! You have until the end of November!
