Disney schedule?

Postby mewtwo » December 2nd, 2016, 2:06 pm

So does anyone know what Disney is thinking with how they are handling the schedule of the lion guard? The first 13 episodes came out 1 a week same time same channel then we got a break and they were on Disney junior different time and now they are back on Disney channel. You would think they would have some rhyme and reason so that people could watch it.

Not sure what's up with the scheduling, as it has indeed been funky. It probably has something to do with the fact that episodes take a long time to make. As for hopping between channels, perhaps they wanted the show to be seen by the widest audience possible?

I still can't help but think if they just- you know, held off on airing until the entire season was complete and ready to go, and then aired them, a new one every week until they ran out- kids would be able to establish a routine around them and it'd be guaranteed viewership. Why don't they do that?
