I noticed that Tiifu used to have two darker spots on her legs in early ROTR scenes, but then the spots disappeared, so I guessed it was just a mistake, but now that LittleRolox3 posted scans of Can't Wait to be Queen book, there were images of Tiifu with leg spots again.

I'm a little confused about her design now. What do you think?

Being that it is a book adaptation, I don't know if Tifu will have leg spots in future episodes or not.

as for her legs, kion went through a lot of changes himself as well. maybe they werent quite ready for tiifu's design either

My guess is perhaps they couldn't decide whether she should have leg spots or not? I really don't know. We'll see whether she has em or not in the upcoming episode.
