i noticed that when it was on disney channel! the times its been on is during the time they show older kid stuff too! im glad that they havent forgotten the older fans <3

I'm curious about the lyrics. It seemly says " Last time it was Simba." But the previous leader was Scar, right? Or it's just because I misunderstood the song...

The previous chores sounds Swahili and when the main vocalist sings it alone it doesn't sound like "Last time it was" anymore, so I think it's some Swahili phrase about a lion.

Sorry guys, I found it myself.
Here it says" Askari wa Simba."
And I look it up. In Swahili,"Askari" is police, cop; "wa" is of.
So it means The Lion Guard is the police of Simba.

That makes sense. "Askari" can simply mean "warrior" too. Simba's warriors?

Agree! And I just found out that it also means " guard". This is truly a catchy song! Actually, the songs in ROTR are all sticking in my head!
