BIG PROBLEM! I had captured something I see that I am not happy about, look at Simba, not a very clear shot but Simba DOES NOT LOOK RIGHT!

no no no they cant screw him up now this is the king and he doesn look like simba here, what the heck did they do here, Im so worried im kinda panicking



are you seeing this?

1: It's too blurry to tell much about it

2: From what I can tell, he looks older....probably because he is old. Maybe even mufasas age in TLK1.

I consider this a RED FLAG RIGHT HERE!

I see very bad lighting and lens artifacts going on there.

Other than that, remember about the change in art style between The Lion King and The Lion Guard. After all,

I am sure that due to the design changes of how characters look, of course adult Simba will look different than in the movies. Here's a prediction I will make: when Nala will show up, she will also look different. Mufasa too if we ever see him as more than just a cloud.

Why is that a red flag? Even lions aren't invulnerable to aging.

its the structure that can;t change and the shaping, if they change that then its not TLK!

look at my signature that I edited, thats how they show simba for the show, but his chin does not look like that in the screen shot, im talking details here, and details matter

His structure is probably changing since he's getting older.

You told me that kion couldn't date fuli because of the 'circle of life' and now you're getting upset over him getting older which is very much a part of the great circle of life.

no what I mean is, this doesn't look like Simba at all, no matter how old any living being is, a chin doesn't grow to be that big and pointy over time, he cant just evolve like that, Im REALLY hoping that is a different lion.

Without a clear picture, there is nothing to worry about, it would not make sense for The Lion Guard to change Simba so much that it is impossible for him to be recognized as Simba. and as you said that could very well be a different lion. I expect that there will be flashbacks to what happened to Scar's Lion Guard. So until we know for sure now is not the time to raise the red flag.
