Tanglemane

Many thanks to Akril for finding the book in which Tanglemane exists; In Deep Water.
Here is a picture of the newly found semi-canon lion character. I personally love his design, his muzzle is 2 different colors and he's drawn very well.

Nice -- I was thinking of starting a thread about this guy, given his interesting look and unique backstory. Since he's said to be old, I wonder if his paler chin might be due to age (as opposed to him being born with it).
To be fair, though, I didn't find this story -- Lil_Raptor and Animon deserve credit for that.

There are many lions who could be Nala's father. There's nothing canon, but there certainly are a good bit of semi-canon/OC plots to fill in the holes of TLK. I personally like the idea of Tanglemane being Nala's father.

I do really like this characters colouring.
His physic looks like a mix between Mufasa and Scar. And his voice, maybe Hayden Christiansen?

Why not?
I like that idea of Tanglemane being Nala's father too. I don't think Mufasa or Scar is Nala's father. It's just my opinion... sorry, a bit off-topic.
