Hi everyone!

My sister and I are big Lion King fans and I am hoping that you guys can help me with a question about the magnetic kissing plushies:

My sister has a kissing Kiara plush that is the same style as the original Nala and Simba ones, she is different from the kissing Kiara and Kovu pictures I get on Google. I attached a picture of her next to my Nala, and two other pics of the same type of Kiara (I also added a pic of the other style Kiara and Kovu for comparison). Does anyone have any information on why my sister's type of Kiara is so hard to find info on? Why are they different? Also, I was hoping to one day find the matching old style Kovu for her, but he seems even harder to find! Any ideas?

that is actually a kissing nala plush, a small number of them were made with the yellowish fabric instead of the tan,they are exceptionally hard to find and are saught after by collectors

id need a pic of the "kovu" before i can make that conclusion

Unfortunately the only pic I have with the yellow Nala and 'dark' Simba is the kisskkbig.gif above...it looks like it is maybe from a brochure but I haven't been able to find another pic of it

I couldn't find another photo of that last Kovu and Kiara plushie set anywhere. It makes me think that perhaps that photo is from a magazine or a brochure, and is showing a prototype version of the plushies. There are a couple of differences between the Kiara in that photo and the golden Nala (Kiara's toes are lighter, her nose is dark brown instead of tan), although both cubs seem to use the same pattern used for the Simba and Nala plushies.
