Showing off your LK pride

You know how some people wear their rock band t shirts proudly? *KISS Army here COUGH COUGH*

Do you show off your LK love in public?

I don't as much. I used to have quite a few t shirts. In fact, one of my favorite ones was a pink one with little Simba on it and I wore it as late as 7th grade. It was really comfy.

I don't do it in public but people do know once they see the giant Scar plush I got from the Disney store sitting on top of my comics.

Does anyone here have any tattoos? Toys? Do you have your LK figures on your desk at work?

It's no small secret in my family that I am a TLK nut. In fact, my sister, who needs to see a theater production for one of her college classes, already told everyone that choosing what to see was the easiest choice in the world - TLKoB is coming to SF soon, and 'because of me', she knew what we are going to see before the teacher even stopped talking.

Unfortunately, I don't have enough cash at hand to casually but TLK stuff, no matter how much I want to. So unless you know me and I tell you that I am a TLK nut, you are not really going to find out from looking at me. No shirts, no posters, nothing.

I'm the only one in my family who would even watch TLK, or any movie that's made "for kids."

So, yeah. I'm not very open about it, outside of the interwebz. Though it probably wouldn't be difficult for a lion king fan to notice how often I quote lines from the movie, intentional or not.

I have a Lion King watch that I wear, although I rarely receive comets on it. I also have an adult Simba sweater that I sometimes wear.

As for what I have at home I have Lion King collector plates, as well as some plush animals, action figures, a Kovu And Kiara Snow globe, some Lion King CDs, books, and The adult Simba bag from Subway al on display in my apartment. My best friend's youngest daughter said that she was going to call my apartment "The Lion King Place" (I really got a kick out of that).
