....they use cliparts for everything! Disney has like 50 stock images of clipart which they use for all kinds of purposes: printing mugs, bags, lunchboxes, towels, but also use them for colouring pages and my aunt even got me a simba crock put-on that was based on such a clipart. Did you guys notice before?

I noticed this a long time ago lol. I guess it's too much work for them to hire animators to keep drawing the characters in different poses. After all, how many different facial expressions can you give cubby Simba before it starts to get a bit repetitive? But no one but hardcore fans like us ever really notice, which I think is the point.

yep, that is the kind of thing I think about when I spot a TLK cubbie shoe-add on thingey at a market near the beach

I always notice this, I guess since they had to keep up with the demand for product with such characters, they probably they don't have time to came up with new poses for different stuff

Yes I've definitely noticed it. They've also recycled the artwork from the original Mouseworks story book several times.

That's true, although, I think it would be cool that they came up with some new poses

A lot of cartoons use stock images for merchandising.
