Simba's crying? :'(

When Simba's having that nightmare about Mufasa, look closely at the part when Muffy slips and falls off the ledge. We get a glimpse of Simba screaming "NOOOOO!" before he turns back up to Scar, who quickly morphs into Kovu. It's kind of hard to see, but if you capture it at just the right moment there's something transparent in Simba's eye... tears?
Here, I screencapped it for ya:

Less than a second later, he blinks it away and roars angrily up at Scar:

You almost feel bad for him don't ya? :cry2:

Awesome find! That's really difficult to see. I feel really sad for Simba now when watching this scene.

Yeah, he may look tough and strong like Mufasa but stuff like this proves he's still the same frightened little cub on the inside.. :cry2: He probably had many nightmares like this :cold:

Nice find Amanda. ^^ Funny that he'd be crying in the dream though, rather than in actuality, but still. ^^

I noticed this for the first time just a short time ago, and I was impressed that the animators had added that little detail. It's incredibly subtle, yet it still affects the scene.

(But Simba, what blue eyes you have...) : )

It's Disney. You shouldn't expect any less from them no matter the budget.

Interesting.
