The ending of TLK2SP is all about acceptance though, despite differences. It's fairly clear that all of The Outlanders have sided with Simba near the end of the movie, and while this doesn't necessarily mean that they've completely had a change of heart, it's obvious enough to tell where they stand at this point in the movie.

It would be pointless for the Outlanders to kill Simba or the Pridelanders. They've lost their leader and there wasn't a reason for them to return to the Outlands. Plus, that would be racist. :p

The end is not the best.
The Outlanders still want to kill Simba.
But now there is no more war

Zira wanted to kill Simba. Kiara and Kovu convinced them that living together was a better idea than having war, that was the reason the Outlanders stepped away from Zira and chose Kovu and Kiara's side, and thus Simba's side. I don't think they'd have any motivation to kill Simba and/or any Pridelanders ever since, because they are accepted into a pride that provides them good territory and hunting opportunities. :)

Exactly what KiarasMate pointed out. The ending is about accepting who you are, and accepting others the way they are, finding out that we are all one, and that fighting shouldn't be an answer. Hence why I love the ending so much. ^^

I agree with CN, I wish Nuka wouldn't have died. :(

To me, he died for no reason. What I mean is I don't think they cut him out for any reason at all. :(
