What if Sarabi discovers Simba was alive instead of Rafiki?

In the movie "The Lion King" in the scene "Timon And Pumbaa's Wax Philosophy" Simba flops down on some plants and the wind carries the plant particles over to Rafiki's Tree where Rafiki catches it and sniffs it. Later, he recognizes the scent as Simba's and realizes that Simba is alive. What if it was Sarabi who discovers that Simba was alive instead of Rafiki in the middle of the movie instead of the "Simba Confronts Scar" scene at the end of the movie. What do you think might happen? :?

Things would likely be different, that's for sure.

Well, Sarabi would have been overjoyed that her son was still around. I'm not sure how she would have known for a fact that the scent is Simba's, but if Rafiki can remember Simba's scent for so long, then, I guess Sarabi can.

Anyway, Sarabi was preoccupied with the chores of being the leader of the hunting party. Scar could have been constantly criticizing her lack of finding food resources for some years (before Simba arrived back home), even though she was doing all she could. If Sarabi ran away to go find Simba, Scar would have furious, and have been even more tougher on the rest of the lionesses. However, an interesting thought that occured to me, is we, the audience, are not sure what was Scar's reaction when Nala left (or even if he even found out) to go help. If she would run away, I don't think she would have much luck than Nala did, before she ran away into Simba.

But, anyway, Sarabi would have happy, but she and the lionesses assumingly sent Nala to find a male lion to help them. Hopefully, Sarabi would be even more happy if Nala found her prodigal son, and returned him home.
