That's right and Hakuna Matata 2012 !

The Disney Channel will be airing it in the U.S. this Friday, September 28th @ 12:30 p.m.
Followed by a late night showing the day after on Saturday @ 2:30 a.m, eastern time.


It's great to see that Disney is putting this part of the TLK trilogy back on the air in I don't know how long since I saw it on TV in late 2005/early 2006. But I'm gonna really try to make time for one of the showings.

I don't think I've ever watched Lion King 1 1/2 on T.V. I may try to catch one of those shows.

Aww, such weird times. I wanted to watch it over my mother's, I was telling her she has to see it after we watched the first one together a couple months ago.

Late night showing just started on the Disney Channel

It's fun seeing the movie on TV right now this late at night.

It's coming back !

The Disney Channel will be airing it on Friday, January 18 at 12:30 PM and early in the morning Saturday, January 19 at 6:30, both Eastern times here in the USA.

Although, I kind of wish they wouldn't just put it on during the "Disney Junior" times, and I've yet to see ABC Family air it in the near future.

^ ABC probably doesn't have the rights to air the other two.

I sensed that the Disney Channel was showing it again earlier today without knowing, and sure enough, turned on the TV, and . Caught it just before the ending.

Oh well, good thing it's the weekend. It'll be back on-air again late tonight around 4:30 a.m. eastern, here in the USA.

The Walt Disney Company owns ABC and its affiliated networks like the sports channel, ESPN. Read Disney's TOS. Even more, the TOS and Privacy Policy on ESPN and ABC websites, both lead to Disney's.

I think it's just the fact that the most viewer support on TLK movie franchise, goes to the original (with TLK 1 1/2 most likely going second here in North America). So like what Wrightfan wrote in the same topic for TLK 1, it'd have to be getting the most #s, even now.


But like I said, it would definitely be awesome if Disney would show TLK 3 closer to prime time, or on ABC Family, soon.
