A naughty Nala??!

So i have been rping with a gal online for a few years, we mainly do OC chars based in current universes. One of our big ones is Sailor Moon and another Gargoyles. Now she was never aware of my passion for TLK untill i drewl spammed - OMG OMG I SEEN THE TLK BROADWAY SHOW!!! When they where here in Minneapolis. So we began talking, and it turns out shes a huge fan as well. You know, the "i loved it as a child but sorta forgot about it in college, grew up found the old sound track cd, and boom im right back on pride rock" sorta fan.
She was unaware of the tlk 2 and tlk 3 (1 1/2) so i naturally had to hook my Sister of RP up!! Well turns out just like the rest of us femme furrys she was a big Nala fan back in the day, so seeing her fav char in TLK 2 made her Squee. But when she watched 3, she was...astranged to her fav char.
Let me put very blunt, i am Zira after all :p
She thought Nala in TLK 3, was rather..ahem, slutty.
Ok ok ok, before the claws come out, i went back and watched it again as well. Our next RP session we chatted about this exact topic...for 3 hours...What i got from Nala's actions, performance, and persona was more that she was in Heat, then being slutty.
So anyone have any thoughts?
