I stumbled across this on youtube and I think it deserves a topic for itself, it is one of the rare deleted scenes that I find really amusing. Lame puns are just great, even greater if you hear them from Mufasa.

Seen it before. According to Roger Allers, they cut that scene out because the filmmakers felt the joke fell flat, or just wasn't funny. Anyway, it's a subtle joke, and to those who don't get it, Mufasa is joking about having a rhino charge at Scar, so he won't have to deal with him.

Yeah, I never did get that joke. I like the movie version of this scene better. I understood what Mufasa meant, but it never felt as a joke to me.
