The bugs that Timon and Pumbaa eat.

Every time I see that scene I can't help but feel a little jealous of Simba. Those things are just so colorful and tasty looking, especially the "green-filled kind" Timon pulls out of the log. And I am not alone in this! Last week I was watching that scene at a friend's house at a sleepover and my other friend said that she thought the grub Simba eats looks like it would taste good. And I agreed.

Why can't real bugs look that good to me?? Then again, I guess if the creators made the bugs look all gross and slimy, the more squeamish kids wouldn't want to watch it. Let's not scar them.

Yeah...I guess I'm pretty weird. *slinks off*

Well, think about it. According to the French, insects taste good (Just ask Timon). Adding powdered sugar, and maybe some cinnamon, gets you French Toast!

Or, like some Australians do, we could just get some ants and smother them in chocolate :3
