There is nothing in SP to confirm/disprove this.
The only thing we know is that Kovu is not Scars son. But what about Nuka and Vitani? Could either of them be the cubs of Scar?

They surely are the small scar, they have some similarities with the father.
Or perhaps the children of rogue, if we take the theory of "Zira to scar obsessed with"

Well, I believe that Nuka might be the son of Scar, they look sort of similar, but Vitani looks an awful lot lighter than Scar and Zira, and her nose is pink, not black like theirs, so i don't know.

One of my friends spoke to someone who worked on Simba's Pride and apparently none of the cubs were actually Scars

This is hard. I would say neither of them are.
Vitani calls Scar by his name in a deleted scene, right?
Nuka: Who is she talking to?
Vitani: Scar.
Also, I think Zira was more of a fangirl than an old lover. She was crazy, in my opinion.
I think she would like Nuka a bit more if he was Scar's son, you know, a little piece of him living in her son, even if Kovu was the chosen one.

I think they are his cubs because it makes things much less complicated.

I think Nuka is, but I believe Kovu and Vitani are twins so, you know. And I also think Chumvi is their father. Maybe Chumvi's mother had blue eyes, and Zira's green? You never know genetics.

I believe that Nuka is Scar's son. Otherwise, why would he be so bitter about Kovu who is /not/ Scar's son being the Chosen One? I've never believed that Scar was Vitani's father either. Since Kovu and Vitani look so close in age, I've always believed that they are twins and their father was a rogue but the mother of all three was Zira.

Well, Nuka might have been told Scar was his father, but he really wasn't? That way Nuka would be bitter because Kovu was the chosen one and not him, because he thought he [Nuka] was actually Scars son.

Yeah, I agree with the Vitani and Kovu being twins, that's likely. Chumvi might have been the father, that's a popular theory :3

I'd like to think they all are Scar's cubs. Kovu is said not to be Scar's son, but I think he looks more like Scar than Nuka or Vitani does.

In my opinion, at least Nuka is Scar's cub, because he seems to be the same kind of a "loser" that I think Scar was when he was young.

I believe Kovu and Vitani are twins but it doesn't mean that they must have the same father. I like the theory of Chumvi being Kovu's father and Tojo being Vitani's father.

But seriously, I don't know what to think... I can't decide.
