Okay. I know that one of Simba's Pride's cut scenes was supposed to be Zira commiting suicide after she was betrayed. I know that that scene was cut because Disney didn't want suicide in a movie that young kids would watch.

Anyway, I was looking through some screengrabs at a website and I saw this!
She looks happy and she's even smiling as she's falling to her death!
Its one word: CREEPY.

At first I thought it was fake but then when I watched the clip on Youtube and paused it as she fell, she really was smiling!

Its just creepy.

Yes, she was indeed smiling in the original version of that scene, when she deliberatly let go of the cliff.. Although the writers changed that scene slightly, the particular piece of animaton of Zira falling was kept. So in the movie she`s smiling as she falls to her death.

Yeah, pretty creepy.

Oh yeah, i saw the version where she commited suicide xD Kiara was like 'Take my hand, Zira D8' and Zira was like 'Never *creepysmile & lets go*.

I think she was smiling in that pic because she knew she was going to be with Scar once again? xD That makes it, less creepy? xD

I think that's the creepiest TLK-related image I've ever seen. Still, as other people here have commented, I can't believe Zira's suicide was considered too creepy for a kid's film but Mufasa's death scene wasn't.

In my opinion, Mufasas death/murder is not creepy, just dramatic and very, very sad.

Yeah, true. By creepy, I meant Scar's willingness to kill a family member. But back on topic now.

My little brother had nightmares when he first saw TLK. I loved the movie but wasn't aloud to watch it for years because every time he saw the Mufasa scene he couldn't sleep for weeks D8

That is definitely the most creepy thing I saw today. lol
But yeah,seriously,it is really disturbed to see something like that...Smiling while falling into a sure death... I guess Zira was a lot crazier than we first thought.

I showed my sister (who is a Zira/Ousider fan) the pic and she had a nightmare .
I knew that would happen.

Anyway...why would Disney keep that part because if you know that its there, you can easily find it.

When I found the pic I was deeply disturbed by it

Well. Alot of people commit suicide. One of my friends did. Some people might smiled because they are happyto do away with all the stress or something. it's not real anyway, Zira was probably just smirking because Kiara was so set on joining all the outsiders to the Pridelands or something...
