im asking this question because of its notoriety.
Fan art, ideas,fiction all state that Scar did not love Zira and simply used her to gain immortality.
I even wrote a Scar and Sarabi dialogue where Scar cries "i dont love her she bears me cubs, she is more of a friend then a lover. i wanted you". But im not sure if a can state this yet. Did Scar love Zira that is the question this is all im asking

Scar may be evil, but that's doesn't mean he haves no heart.

I think he really loved Zira.
But I also thinks that Zira loved Scar more than Scar did or showed to her.

But yeah, you can't know..

I don't think they were lovers. Zira obviously admired him alot, but that's about it I think.

My answer would have to be know on this one. The way that Scar and Zira is unexplained in the movies but oviosuly, Zira really admired Scar for the way he was. That's what I think.

I`ve never believed Scar loved Zira.

In my honest, personal opinion, Zira is a crazy and obsessed lioness who`d do anything to get power and a high rank in the pride. I believe that she had great respect and admiration for Scar, perhaps she even loved him..

But I don`t think he was interested in her.

Was Scar capable of loving anyone? And where was Zira in this royalty he established in TLK1?

they must have had somthing for zira to be so loyal!
