Uhhh... If Scar and Zira are from the same generation, how come Simba is so much older than her cubs?? Did Zira have cubs at a late age??

Yeah, I guess so... But then again, we're talking about SP.

So, where has the film amkers official confirmed that Zira is supposed to be from the same generation as Scar?

I always imagined she was much younger and eventually came to decide she could and would be one of the cubs from Simba's childhood, perhaps couple of years older than Simba. I did my maths one night, taking note of that lionessess can't have cubs until they're 4-years old and that they usually don't have new litters until the preciosu one is 6 months old. And it summed up logically to Nuka seeming 3-years old in the beginning and Kovu & Vitani about 1,5 years olds (only small in size for that but they had been all their life with little food and little water) and to Zira being a year or two older than Simba.

Imagination.

Actually, Zira is a generation older than Simba since she is Scar's mate. The question is, why is Kiara marrying someone who could be her own uncle? lol, not trying to sound perverted.. maybe Zira did have cubs late, idk

She never said she was Scar's mate, and even if she was, that doesn't mean they were the same age. And what do you mean about Kiara marrying someone who could be her uncle? We all know Scar isn't Kovu's father, so how else could he be her uncle?
I think Zira was older than Simba, but not by alot. The fact that she has Nuka who is the equivalent of a teenager shows that she is older.
And plus, lion don't go through menopause like we do, so Zira could have easily had cubs a little later than most.

Nothing about Zira`s parents is mentioned in the movie. This is completly irrelevant to the plot, so the writers/animators did not bother with that information.
