The Lion King will be making a stop at the Schuster Performing Arts Center's Mead Theatre.

Man I can be obsessive!

Yesssss, I'll be there for sure if I'm home next summer. I still haven't seen the show yet and I'll HAVE to change that given that I'm home and not elsewhere next summer.
Plus, the Schuster Center is such a nice place to go!

I love the Schuster Center. Sadly the last show I went to was "The Producers" in 2005. Was a great show. Wish I could have seen it with Nathan and Matthew in the starring roles but the actors they had in the touring cast did a wonderful job.

I thought "If anyones close to Dayton they'll go see it". I'd be amiss not to tell a bunch of lion king fans it's coming around. It'll be the first time it's been in Dayton. I know it's been in the bigger cities surrounding me (Indianapolis, Columbus, and Cincinnati) at least twice. The Victoria Theatre was nowhere near big enough to handle The Lion King. But once they built the Schuster Center it became a possibility.

If I hadn't been able to see it in Chicago, this would've been in the closest.
