Okay so everyone knows the part where Kiara and Kovu are pointing out things in the stars! Kiaras was a fluffy bunny:

And Kovus was 2 lions fighting for a scrap of meat:

Okay so then in Love Will Find Away Kiara looks up into the sky and it shows the stars. I always wondered why they did that but then I saw. It you look closey you see the bunny Kiara was talking about and the two lions fighting for a scrap of meat Kovu was talking about.

I think it’s nice that they did that. It’s a symbol of an experience Kovu and Kiara shared, and it fits nicely into their love song. I think the stargazing scene really marks the beginning of them falling in love..

I remember figuring this out a long time ago but you kind of reminded me all over again lol. Very good observation. ;) I love this little detail that the animators added.

I like looking at the stars, anyways, I think this view are because of their different environment that they grow up in,

It's sweet. At first I was confused coz I thought they were cloud gazing and went on this huge rant about the fact that the exact same clouds were still there, but then I realised they were star constilations and appear to look like clouds... :innocent:

I believe that the stars show an important symbolism to Kiara's relationship with Kovu.

I've noticed this years ago.. Yeah, it deepens the mood in that scene.

Interesting, It does pretty much seem to symbolize the emotions and natural behaviors of the lions set throughout the movie.
