Is this a Kiara or Simba figure?

New member here! I was hoping that someone could tell me if this is a kiara or simba figure in this ebay listing. I've never seen it before, and even if I don't get to buy it, I'm super curious.

Pretty sure it's a (possibly discoloured) Simba figure!
Edit: If you're referring to the one to the right of Mufasa & Zazu, I mean.

yeah, i was referring to the one on the right. It would be pretty crazy if i thought a lion with a mane was kiara LOL. You really can't see it at all on the picture i posted

It's Simba. I saw it on eBay earlier and thought it looked like Kiara but on the package it said Simba

definitely Simba, but I also haven't seen that one before! I wonder who produced it / where it's from?
