Scrollbar Issues

I believe this problem lies in the new layout only, I've never had it before. maybe a messed up code or something.

when I type in the message area to post a topic and I have a lenghty enough post for the scrollbar to kick in, it bounces it back up to the top. this is REALLY getting on my nerves as I can't see what I'm typing as I type it, only if I stop and scroll back down. it also makes it impossible to select a small snippet at the bottom because it bounces it back up again.

I've been having that too just a bit - but it's on my iPod... And with the old theme... So I dunno if it's the same thing or not...

:headache: it's back. but only with the full editor now, the quick post is fine.

Me too. I was trying to make a reply to this RP: viewtopic.php?f=84&p=155334#p155334, but the weird scrolly thing happened so I had to paste my entire message in Notebook and edit it from there before pasting it back and hitting submit. >_<

Well I did the best I could but this is an Internet Explorer issue, since it works in every other browser. And boy, when IE wants to display something incorrectly, it really drives the issue home. So, I'm gonna wait to see if they fix the textarea scrollbar issue in IE9, which is coming out soon and will have a new display engine. =P

But I will take another look at it when I get home. It just depends if I want to devote another day trying to make IE work.

On a brighter note, download Firefox and it fixes everything right away! :D

Ohhh okay that's why it wasn't working. :O No need to devote another day fixing this issue Moka, since it doesn't look like there's much you can do about it. I'll just stick with good ol' Firefox and Chrome till the new IE version comes out. :P
