Post Count Not Increased?

I know your post count does not increase when you post in the Arcade, but that’s a separate subforum from the Den, plus there’s a message about it at the top.
How come posts are not increased in Trivial Topics? I just think there should be a message about it at the top, like in the Arcade. Just so people know about it.
