I have a little problem; I am no longer getting email notifications when I have a new PM or when someone posts in one of my subscribed topics.

I never had any problems before and I haven't changed anything to my settings. Is this a forum problem or is something wrong with my email?

I believe it is a problem. I'm haven't been receiving them either. I'll look into this, I don't know where to start but hopefully I can fix it

Has everyone not been getting emails?

Yeah I haven't received emails in a while Moka for when I get a PM or when someone posts in my den.

Okay so I can assume it's broken board-wide. I can try asking the phpBB group for help, and if they have no clue I'll just have to reinstall the forum (keeping the posts of course) because this is a pretty necessary feature.

Okay I believe I have fixed this issue. I think the board was turning off this feature because it was being used very often ^^ So I told it not to do that anymore.
