My Lion King Forum

Some of you may have noticed in the "Who's online" section at the bottom of the forum index (http://www.mylionking.com/forum/ ), there may exist a member named "Google [Bot]" or similar. These "bots" aren't real people, they're just little programs that Google sends out to find new material in the forums. These little guys help our forum appear on Google searches ^^

So don't be alarmed the next time you see your name next to a robot.

Sort of. That happened when I was really new to this site. I was like whoa.

Yeah its a bit different than proboards. I think either proboards hides them or doesn't accept them or something. But they're harmless little critters

I've seen the Google bot on several forums. I wish it would come to mine, LOL.

They might come to yours, but they might not appear on the members list. So they'd be like invisible bugs!!
