I was thinking, the graphic artists have a contest every week over who has the best picture right? Well I think that we should have awards for other things as well, such as best fanfic writer of the month, best rper of the month, and others. We should even have an award for most active within a month D:

Hey, that sounds cool to me =) We could do that. I think it can be done in two ways: either everyone posts the name of their nominee, or else there's a poll. The poll is good because it can be anonymous if the person chooses, but posting a name is better because there's a bigger freedom to post who you think is a winner. Either way could work =0

Like those with very good quality writing, fanfic and rp wise can be nominated by the staff.

There's nothing wrong with nominations and THEN a poll. Then the nominees are clear and it's easier for people to vote without scrolling through lots of members.

Anyone can nominate anyone? Or...what were your thoughts?

If I were to take a stab at formatting this, I'd make a thread open for nominations by everyone, then make a poll yea

i like the idea if its held every month. the members nominate their favorite over a period of a couple of days then have votes for the top 4 nominates (sounds like the brit tv awards lol) obviously if their is a tie make it 5 or 6 nominates

the "most posts in a month prize" isn't a vote, it's a fact XD

And I think that award needs to be worded "best contributor" so that nobody spams just to win.

What about, best roleplay plot award?

I don't think there should be specifics. They should be really generalized so people don't feel bad about themselves.

So best rper would be based on every single aspect rping, not just plot or just character ideas etc...
