My Lion King Forum

Hya, I was surfing throught www.mylionking.com and I thought of something that might be a nice idea: collect pics of as much as possible TLK goodies and categorise them Maybe you can ask in a thread on the forum for members to post their pics (pics of, for example, towels, figurines, cups, pins, toys and stuff)
I'm curious what you think of this idea If you have any questions about this idea just ask me

I think this is a good idea! It would be a great help to find certain types of TLK merchandise. I would love to have a gallery of pictures of TLK stuff to browse and then search online to purchase them.

You mean like TLK Merchandise? That would be cool, but we'd have to take the pictures ourselves. Some pics on the internet are copyrighted. It could also take a really long time.... But it's a cool idea and I want to see what other people think of it. ^^

Yeah, we can take the pics ourselves! We can post them in categorized folders? Is than an idea? A TLK merchandise gallery? Or we put the pics of our merch in one thread, so Moka can take them from there and upload them on MLK? Just plain ideas
If we take pics/scans and stuff by ourselves, we don't get in troubles with copyright people!

Cool idea! But I don't really think it should be categorized sepretely. You should post it in the Beyond The Lion King category. lol it's only my opinion tho XD

Its a great suggestion! We could do this several ways...1.) We make an official forum topic for TLK Merchandise (and make it sticky in Beyond the Lion King) and then I link to the topic from the main site's gallery (just a simple link. visitors would have to browse through the topic to see the merchandise we have) ... 2.) We make an official forum topic and I copy the pictures that everyone has taken into the main site's gallery ... or 3.) All picture submissions would be done through PM.

One problem, I can't PM pictures

that are good options Moka.... the thing with a thread is, that there will be lots of text posted between the images.. and I don't know if it's possible to PM images.
What I'd suggest, is that sticky thread in "beyond the lion king" and then you can copy the pictures from that topic into a webpage on the MLK main site :3
