Hey everyone, i'm having an issue with sending PMs, whenever i write and submit a PM it says that it has been successfully sent, however it just goes straight to the "outbox" folder, does any one else have this problem or am i doing something wrong??

Pretty sure that just means the person you sent it to hasn't received it yet, as in they haven't opened the PM and read it.
