I realize that they come and go from the forums ALOT, and i was just wondering if the admin, or co-admins were going to do anything about it?

the "google" bot and such.. do nothing more then "index" pages.. they basically scan the pages for info.. and that way when u type in "my lion king" in google.. different pages will come up...

they are handy little things. they insure if anything relevant to mlk is searched for its shown in the lists in a search engine. i have even seen single topics pop up

The bots have their own user accounts that were created during the installation of this forum. We could delete their account, that's the only way I see of hiding their names. But, then again if we delete their account they won't be able to browse the forum as they usually did, and we wouldn't appear on Google as much

Yes, besides, I need the Yahoo Bot, because I couldn't get on Yahoo.com

How do bots get on the forum?

Basically they're programs, and browse the forum as we do with their accounts.
